Mermaids

Introduction

Mermaids have lived in Lore's waters for ages, thriving away from much of the surface's problems.

History

Mermaids are some of the few magical beings who avoided much of humanity’s misbehavior due to them living in the sea. Due to this, they maintain a relatively mischievous attitude around them and rarely take them seriously.

Biology

Often mermaids unlock the ability to grow at 21 and their body behaves like those little foam pills where over the years, the more water their body absorbs, the larger they can grow. Mermaids can shift between forms so long as there is a source of water.

The older a mermaid is, the larger their size. No one truly knows how large they can truly get since the largest often stay deep in the ocean depths

The mermaids that frequent the surface usually stick to the human sized mermaid forms as to avoid scaring away humans.
